TRB 2005 WORKSHOP:

"Activity-Based Approaches: Theory, Methods, Data & Applications"

This workshop presented an introduction to activity-based approaches to travel demand analysis and forecasting. In the workshop a variety of basic definitions was provided first, with examples. A review of the state of the practice and state of the art was then given. The workshop also included a few applications from the United States and a report on lessons learned for other agencies and practitioners exploring this approach.
