TRANSPORTATION DEMAND FORECASTING SUBCOMMITTEE WEB DESIGN & MAINTENANCE

SCOPE The charge of this subcommittee is to maintain and update the committee web site to (1) Provide information about the scope of the committee and its subcommittees, (2) Provide exposure to the membership of the committee and the expertise of the membership, (3) Disseminate information on committee meetings and activities, and (4) Facilitate and disseminate research in the areas of the committee's interest and scope (including information on past and upcoming events/conferences, useful data sources, and funding opportunities). The committee will implement a structured approach to obtain input from other ADB40 subcommittees, ADB40 committee members, and others in the transportation modeling community to post relevant information at the web site. The web site should be simple, easy to navigate, quick to load, visually interesting, easy to update and maintain, and up-to-date in its content (information about new activities and meetings of the committee will be posted within three weeks of the activity/meeting).
